Office Note- HSFGR is approval-based. Membership is an inclusive privilege for those committed to our shared values of honesty, animal welfare, and breed preservation. We do not offer automatic signups. Submissions must be complete and accurate to be processed.

Registration & Transfers - For Members - submitting goat paperwork:
- Certificate Delivery – is digital, your certificate will be emailed to you. File it on your computer or print it. Electronic certificate verification is available to all members and show hosts.
- Registered Name Length Checker – Before submitting a goat registration, use this quick tool to test your proposed registered name. HSFGR registered names may contain up to 35 characters total, including spaces, hyphens, apostrophes, and punctuation. This tool is provided as a convenience and does not reserve or approve a name.
